7. SMS and Customer Communications

Swiftbooked sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf in response to missed calls or inbound messages. As a client, you are responsible for ensuring your use of this service complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and all applicable regulations governing commercial electronic messages.

8. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our marketing website (swiftbooked.ca) does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No personal data is collected from casual website visitors.
